Hotel Metropolitan - Bianchi Hotels

we spent New Year's Eve in this hotel, from December 30, 2023 to January 2, 2024, and we were thrilled with it. The huge room, excellently heated and well equipped, with modern furniture, very soft topper on firm mattresses, two other beds (which we didn't use) which seemed equally comfortable, large bathroom with spacious shower. Excellent food, with a always replenished buffet (even for breakfast close to the deadline, where in other hotels they start to take stuff away, here they added more), self-service drinks (even with three types of wine). Truly exquisite, helpful staff, since unfortunately almost everything in the area was closed on New Year's Eve, they were very helpful in giving us directions on how to get to Bellaria and what to do there (even calling the person who manages the local tourist "train"), and they organized evenings music and games for the little ones, in the large games room in the hall. Everything was very clean even though it was a holiday. Really well done to all the staff!

First time in this fantastic family-run hotel. We spent New Year's Eve as a family with our 2 children and we all had a wonderful time. The structure is in a privileged position, a few steps from the sea and the centre. Everything was definitely well looked after, everything and I mean all the staff is extraordinary, always kind, smiling and above all ready to satisfy any request. The room was always clean and equipped with every comfort but above all the quality of sleep was exceptional thanks to the excellent soundproofing and the very comfortable beds. The jewel in the crown is the cuisine, the food is really very good, variety and quality have never been lacking. The New Year's Eve dinner was superb and there was never a lack of fun for anyone, even the children had a great time, there is an internal play area for them and it was always accompanied by an entertainment team. To conclude, I would like to recommend this facility, especially to families because the services are really good. We will return soon. Excellent experience at the Metropolitan hotel. Carefree New Year holidays. Excellent cuisine with rich buffet and varied choice of dishes, unlimited drinks including wine. Very abundant sweet and savory breakfast. Superlative New Year's Eve dinner. Clean rooms, friendly restaurant staff, helpful and attentive to all your needs. Girls available at reception. Very close to the sea. Recommended for families with children. If we return to Igea Marina we know where to stop in the future. Thank you

More than excellent experience! I have never felt so comfortable in any hotel as I did here. Very family friendly hotel. The owners are very present and make you feel part of the family. The food is more than excellent and plentiful, the all-inclusive formula is really convenient even with unlimited drinks. Wide choice of first and second courses as well as a very varied starter buffet. The staff is very professional, kind and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and the linen is changed every day. Entertainment for children is always present (except Saturdays) with multiple activities. Indoor play area for children and outdoor play area for older children The customer really comes first... free donuts for everyone one day, gala dinner on August 15th, and cakes (even gluten-free) in the outdoor area, pizza party for children with the entertainers, buffet and aperitif for everyone. In short, in this chain you are truly spoiled and pampered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Really fantastic hotel, 100 meters from the sea, very kind and friendly staff. Rooms and common areas always very nice and clean. Nice swimming pool, even heated for a while. Very good food, always with three choices between sea and non-sea, super appetizer buffet and also super breakfast buffet in the morning. On the terrace there are games for children and inside there is a path and ball pool for even younger children. Truly super entertainment, my daughter really enjoyed it. If we return to Igea Marina we certainly already know which hotel to go to.

Hotel a few hundred meters from the center of Igea Marina and the same number from the beach. They have paid parking inside the hotel or free, guarded not too far away. Super nice and friendly staff. Excellent food and drinks. I recommend for those who would like to have a family holiday, this is an ideal hotel, lots of games for children of all ages and lots of entertainment, even on the beach. There is a small "disco" located near the hotel but we never had a chance to complain! Everything excellent. I will definitely go back.

I have never found a better hotel than this one! Fantastic from every point of view. The staff is very attentive and ready to listen to every need. The entertainment nannies are fantastic and patient. The food is excellent and plentiful. There is also a buffet where you are spoiled for choice. Drinks included throughout your stay. Fast service especially for children. I will be back next year for sure.

White customers since 2006, this year we chose the Metropolitan. Hotel that gave us the opportunity to really enjoy our holiday. It is located in an excellent location, quiet but close to everything, especially the beach, a structure with large common areas, modern, comfortable, soundproofed and always clean and tidy rooms, large and comfortable shower. Fantastic breakfast with a mega buffet to satisfy every taste (the freshly made crêpe is wonderful....) Buffet at meals for side dishes and starters always well stocked, menu always different, excellent dishes always and always well presented, fast and courteous room service. And then many services and a lot of availability to satisfy every request. The entertainment for children is excellent, both in the hotel and on the beach. The services include the beach, Solaria establishment, very well managed, tidy and clean. Thanks must be given to all members of the staff. Tatiana, Melissa, Luisa, Giulia, Marco and all the others really pampered us and we will definitely be back. THANK YOU!
